- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was terrified when I found out that I needed a root canal. I was definitely not a fan of going to the dentist. When I called to schedule my root canal the caring woman who answered the phone was so pleasant and calm and understanding of my anxiety. She answered all my questions and assured me that things would go smoothly and would be just like getting a cavity filled. The ladies in the office were in constant contact with me to make sure that I had everything I needed completed before arriving at the office for the procedure. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very kind and caring, I was immediately brought back and was comforted by the ladies assisting Dr Derek White. Dr. Derek explained everything to me through every step of the process and was constantly making sure I wasn't in any pain. I felt very comfortable through every minute of the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Derek and his staff if you are looking for someone to perform your root canals.
