- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They have very poor customer service. I was referred to them by a doctor who has a very great reputation in the Madison area. First, everyone who answered my calls all seemed frustrated and hated their jobs, second I was not treated with respect, I was transferred 3 times and my appointment still was not scheduled. Last NO ONE was friendly or answered with a warm introduction. You all will not get any business from me! If you don't like your job find another one or retire!March 31, 2017by Sabrina Lynch
